general terms
Booking
Reservations are effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% and after receiving a confirmation from us by email with the details of the reservation.
The deposit can be paid online via the reservation system, by cheque or bank transfer.
The balance must be paid on site by cash or credit card.
Cancellation of stay
In the event of cancellation by us, all deposits paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of stay by our guests :
- All paid deposits will be refunded in the event of governmental measures related to COVID preventing your stay (travel restrictions, confinement or contamination).
- If you have to cancel your booking more than one month before your expected arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less bank charges (3%).
- If you have to cancel your booking less than one month before your expected arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Rates
The rates shown are per room per night, including breakfast.
Tourist tax 0.40€ per day and per person.
There is no extra charge for dogs.
Use of the site
Our guesthouse is non-smoking, but we have ashtrays available outside.
We accept dogs in our guest rooms, upon request and prior agreement. Dogs are not allowed in private areas such as the breakfast room.
